Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.

Local Pickup: Located in Northwest Arkansas? Local pickup is available at our spa. Select this option at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
